Included

The kit is shipped with charger and support to fix on the bike frame but without cells. You will receive a mail once you buy with a link to buy cells from our partners. Cells cost are between 40 to 60€.

Not included

The cells are not included. To source them you have two options depending on your need to customize and on your location:

- from our website: we propose DMEGC 32E at good price. Shipping takes 15 days. 

- from external websites that we reference here.

If you want to use it on a Bosch E-bike, make sure you check the tutorial before and you need to add a Bosch connector and a Bosch lock adaptor kit.

1. Shipping Destinations
Gouach ships worldwide to most countries. However, some regions may have restrictions due to regulations on lithium-ion batteries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

• Domestic (France & EU): 3-7 business days
• International: 7-21 business days (depending on customs clearance and local regulations)

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which vary by country. Gouach is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
