Infinite Battery

Repairable · Fire-resistant · Connected

Designed to last decades, Infinite Batteries are built to be serviced easily by local technicians with minimal training. Complex processes like spot welding, wires soldering and sealants application have been replaced by patented integrated bus bars. Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity enables monitoring and repairs at scale for fleets of tens of thousands e-bikes and light electric vehicles.

Safety & ruggedness

Engineered for the worst case

Our safety philosophy is simple: engineer for worst-case scenarios. Through rigorous testing — including crush tests, nail penetration, and fire exposure — we've proven that the Infinite Battery maintains structural integrity and prevents thermal runaway even under catastrophic failure conditions. This isn't just about passing certification — it's about protecting lives and assets in real-world operations.

Method

What we build, why, and how

Why

Lithium-ion batteries is the foundation of micro-mobility and we think it should be reinvented to meet much higher safety and sustainability standards. Our mission is to lower TCO for fleets and enable them to generate far less waste, while forgetting about safety concerns.

What

We provide serviceable and connected battery packs as well as the CRM / API to manage fleets of such batteries in order ot bring traceability from assembly to end of life.

How

We are compatible with most motors on the market and we can push Over the Air update to ease the integration process with the vehicle. Our customers have access to the data generated by their battery via API and can internalize or rely on our network of independant technicians to manage maintenance.

Operations

A repair network, not a repair service

Repairability only matters if anyone can act on it. We don't run repairs as a centralized service — we provide the hardware, the software, and the knowledge so that others can.

Every pack is designed to be opened and serviced with standard tools. A failed cell group is replaced, the pack is re-tested to specification, and its full history is logged against its individual telemetry record. Fleet operators can do this in-house through our short online training, or rely on a growing network of independent technicians.

The result is an open layer rather than a closed service: brands, fleets, and independents can all plug in. We build the backbone for a world where batteries are repaired and recovered instead of replaced — and let an ecosystem grow on top of it.

Connected fleet

Every pack reports its own health

Each battery streams its telemetry over Wifi — no gateway, no cabling. State of charge and health, per-cell voltages, temperature, humidity, location and error events all land in the Infinite portal, where they become a single live view of an entire fleet.

Operators stop guessing. A weak cell is flagged before it fails, a battery drifting out of its temperature envelope raises an event, and a lost pack is located on a map. Maintenance becomes predictive instead of reactive, warranty claims are backed by data, and every pack carries a complete history from assembly to end of life — the same record that makes on-site repair and second-life recovery possible.
