Shipping Policy

Gouach ships worldwide to most countries. However, some regions may have restrictions due to regulations on lithium-ion batteries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Domestic (France & EU): 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days (depending on customs clearance and local regulations)

4. Shipping Costs

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Retraction of previous review

I am posting again to retract my negative review of this board. The issues arose from not being able to complete assembly before the battery goes to sleep. At least one other person has had the same issue. I found that if you couldn't complete config then the battery would not wake up with the little slap that it should do and I had to loosen the two parts of the cell holders. It also went to sleep when trying to fit the Bluetooth antenna. The get around is to fit the antenna before you join the two halves. I know the end of the antenna is stuck in the resin potting but that is just for convenience as it serves no real purpose but with a little fiddling you can do with the loose end still secured in the potting. If you do pull that end loose end out just be careful to secure the bare wire at the end where it cannot short anything out. Just use two of the pack screws to get into configuration which saves time. Once you have configured it the rest is a doddle and you can secure the cell holders properly. You may get red LED's as I did but just press and hold the button behind the LED's for 4 seconds or so and release. Mine then rebooted and gave me all green lights and my Bosch charger worked too as the lights started pulsing and fully charged the battery. Over the next few hours this BMS did it's job perfectly and balanced out the cells.

All up and running.

Assembly was easy enough though I consider 10 minutes extremely optimistic on a first assembly. Yes any further maintenance should be quick and easy. There are a few small niggles you may encounter with the BMS going into sleep mode before you can configure but if attach the Blue tooth antenna first and only secure the battery holder with two of the four screws it should give you enough time to configure and then secure everything. The BMS is a very effective piece of kit but it may take 24 to 36 hours to level out the cell charges evenly. If you are Bosch user you will need to contact Alex with your battery ID and he'll update the firmware as it WILL NOT work until it is updated if you are still on v1.01. You need at least v.1.0.7 and there is still another update to come to fix a very slight bug which MAY occur but is rare.n Once Alex has your battery ID and it is assembled and attached to the internet further updates will be forced from that end. I can testify the BMS is a sturdy bit of kit as it got a fair bit of handling during my build and I'm not the gentlest of people. I highly recommend this system based on build quality, assembly and customer support. Durability and reliability will be tested and recorded on the Discourse Forum as and when.

Infinite lies

Sadly this whole company and project is not at all what it’s cracked up to be. It feels closer to a scam than an honest start up. It’s been all lies and false promises up to now and as I’ve looked on Reddit an other forums, I’m not the only one who’s been sold the expensive dream.
